At KMRA Media, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional web development and consultation services to our clients. However, in the unlikely event that a client is not satisfied with our services, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:

Refunds
- If a client is unhappy with the services provided, they may request a refund within 14 days of the completion of the project.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of the refund request.
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used by the client.
- Please note that deposits are not refundable once work has begun.
Cancellations
- If a client wishes to cancel a project, they must provide written notice of cancellation at least 7 days prior to the start of the project.
- If a client cancels a project after it has already started, they will be charged for the work completed up to that point.
- Please note that deposits are not refundable once work has begun.
Exceptions:
- No refunds or cancellations will be granted for services rendered on an hourly basis.
- Refunds and cancellations will not be issued for projects that have been fully completed.
